Consuelo Espresso - Italian Coffee in whole beans - 1 kg

I bought this on recommendation as a good budget coffee bean option.I was initially disappointed - but the change from one brand to the next always has a big difference, and I need to be more patient! After a few pots it's grown on me.It's a decent every day coffee - and my son actually prefers it to my favourite brand.Would buy it again.

Really nice coffee - has a bit of an acidic smell when ground but the end flavour is really nice. I will be looking to buy more and so far I’d say it’s worth the money and has convinced me to buy beans and grind them myself as opposed to buying pre ground.

I tried this or the first time as a change from my regular brand and was happy with the taste. It is good everyday basic coffee and reasonably priced

Good coffee for the price, but the flavour could have been better. It does have a bitter aftertaste like other reviewers are saying.

This is an average quality coffee bean and it is priced accordingly. It's dry on the grind and has a slightly bitter flavour. If you are on a budget this is good value and acceptable on a flavour front. If you are into very high quality coffee it's best to give this one a pass.

Worth a try. Good flavours and amazing value. Better than some of the well known brands out there. I would buy again.

Batch I got was roasted in March (it's now October) so not the freshest. This exceeded my expectations, it's very reminiscent of the special Italian coffee that Lidl sell every now and again.It's more than serviceable. A good basic house coffee or for people and guests who don't do coffee.

I've tried different kinds of coffee beans for our espresso machine and more expensive ones. But when I bought Consuelo from Amazon I decided I'd never change coffee again. Great aroma and smooth mouthfeel. Just go for it, you'll not regret it. Great value for money.

The media could not be loaded.  Es un café ideal para el díario. De precio inmejorable, de aroma ideal y de sabor fuerte, cremoso y muy agradable. Ideal para tomar solo, que es mi caso. No es amargo ni ácido. Tueste sin nada de azúcar, totalmente natural. Grano entero de variedad robusta y arábiga. Café mediao muy rico y a un precio fabuloso. Tomate un gran café cuando vuelvas de donar sangre que es muy necesario para la sociedad y verás que rápido recuperas esos 450ml de vida 😉🤗

Conoscevo questa casa di torrefazione e le sue miscele mi sono sempre piaciute. Questa in modo particolare la consiglio preparata così:- macinazione dei chicchi finissima: fate andare il macinino fino a farne polvere;- 4 dosatori da caffè filtro nel percolatoio della macchina da caffè;- un litro e mezzo di acqua di bottiglia con pochissimo residuo fisso;e lasciare che il caffè venga filtrato lentamente. Lo potete fare alla sera per la mattina.-
