Worth the $20 and some change
Went on just fine and don't seem like they'll fall off anytime soon. Definitely clean the handles and wipe down with alcohol before to make sure they stick well. Only thing that kept me from doing 5 stars is some of the edges aren't perfectly clean cut. I ran over those edges with a dremel to even it out and only took about 5 minutes. Those minor imperfections are barely noticeable to be honest, but for $20 this is definitely worth it.

Not exact fit for 2019 Silverado!
Like the intended look but not the fit. These covers are an exact fit earlier models (box says 2015) of the Silverado but not the new 2019 models. Marginal outside fit over door handle. Edges of ABS pinch your hand while opening to door. As shown in photo, There is a quarter inch gap of coverage at edges of inner door handle. As far as looks, these covers are ABS plastic with chrome plating so quality-wise, I’d rather have the real thing from GM. Took mine off and trashed them—waste of money!
