This is my new favorite condiment. It's sweet and spicy. Good with cheese and/or crackers, maybe a little on a sandwich, very versatile.

My husband and I are both Texans, so you know we're skeptical about something like pepper jelly. Well, boy howdy! this is the best either of us has ever tasted! Most pepper jelly is just hot and sweet (generally too sweet we think) but this is the first one where we could taste each of the kinds of peppers. It's fabulous on toast, crackers, with eggs or cheese or spooned directly from the jar to the mouth! Fiery enough to let you know some serious peppers were involved, but doesn't numb your taste buds. Worth every penny and you'll wish it came in gallon sized jars!
