Broken deal- mild flavor
The seal was broken when product arrived. It’s good Jam but I prefer mine little spicer. If you like mild you will like this.

Don't buy it
First of all the jar was not sealed. I thought since it was jam it probably would be ok and not spoiled. Took a small taste and that stuff is nasty.

Not overly hot, deep and sweet flavour.
This jam with all natural ingredients is really lovely. It is sweet but not too sweet, a mild warmth from the jalapeno peppers but it is more a balance to keep it from being too sweet. Nice to support smaller makers who put a lot of love in their products.
