Tusa Serene Mask Snorkel Set

This is a great snorkel kit. The seal around the face is very soft and comfortable and doesn't leak. The mask is clear and seems very durable. The valve on the snorkel works well - it seals when it's tipped over, which can be disconcerting at first, but works very well when swimming. I've used it in shallow, fairly calm water, and also in deeper, choppy sea, and didn't have any problems with water inhalation. The mask doesn't seem to steam up which is great. I used this for my first snorkeling trip and have used it a few times since, and it's been great every time. Recommended if you have a narrower face, it provides a great fit.

I have to admit to not having used this kit yet for its purpose. I bought it for my forthcoming holiday in Cuba (yippee!) where I hope I'll find some snorkelling opportunities. I'm very pleased with this set on first impressions. I have been looking for a while to find a mask to fit my face, which I would say is a fairly average size for a woman. Many of the products stocked by the dive shops I visited seemed to be designed for men and I found them too large. This Tusa Serene mask seems to fit me nicely and the silicone skirt feels very soft and comfortable. Snorkel feels comfy too and both items are nicely finished and appear excellent quality.
