Smells strong and you get a lot! I would say more than 6 uses. I’ve ordered this bag twice now and will continue to order. This one has more ingredients than any other steam I have seen! More bang for your buck. Love it! But make sure you stock up because sometimes it will go out of stock and you will have to wait to reorder. I almost ran out but it came back in stock right in time. I did my 1st steam 2 days before my period. It was super heavy and dark... (That can happen. I don't care about that). I did it 2 days after my period. Let me tell you! Buy it! The day after I did my 1st steam, my cycle started. Weird way to start a review I know lol but the point is that for the 1st time since I gave birth 8 years ago, my cycle was pain free!
