Fan blades rub on the housing
I bought two of these The fan blades wouldn’t turn freely and were rubbing up against the housing on the inside. The packaging was in great condition and there were no signs of being dropped by the carrier. I had to get a small crowbar to tweak the housing and blades to get them to spin freely. Now of corse the blades are tweaked and off balance and they make a lot of noise, but they are moving some good air!

Great product
Installed in my duct system to balance out the master suite which was always hotter than other areas of the house. Connected with a pressure sense switch and works great, house temperature is now balanced.
