Had it for 4 years and it's held up good. It's not very well made, and when you sit in it, it feels kind of flimsy, especially the foot rest. But it's lasted this long.

Good product for price, gets the job done comfortably.

The instructions were a little complicated and we ended up with extra parts but it took about 30 minutes to build after we ditched the unhelpful instructions. Comfy chair but we’re not sure how long it’ll hold up for us. We don’t use it daily so we wouldn’t recommend it for commercial use unless you are pretty confident in your assembly skills.

Giving this a 4 out of 5 just because I haven't used it yet. Only put together & tested it out. Seems to work great. Simple to put together. Definitely buy again.

I have to say I am so disappointed in this chair. Biggest complaint is the hydraulic is very poor. Cannot get the chair to pump up and I am a tall person. Was opening a salon at the last minute and purchased three of these and all Three of us stylists want to get rid of this chair already. Was not up to par. I feel like all I have done is spend money trying to get this salon going and my chair is crap. I had the same one a few years back and it was made more quality back then. I wish I could return it. We all do. Also, the chair wobbles pretty bad does not feel secure so for heavy clients it is scary.

I ordered the wrong type of chair and had to return it. They made it very easy and I received a refund in a timely manner. Also the chair was very nice and if it had reclined I would have kept it.

Not as sturdy as I thought it woukd be, but overall ok chair for price.

Needed a special tool to assemble, it did not come with it.
