I've used this product for the last 2 years to help alleviate symptoms of depression. Specifically mental fog and lack of energy.The product works well. Using the product helped me get through many difficult days. It helped me get to work and function with the mental acuity required for my job.Which is why it pains me that they have significantly increased the price. The 3 pack used to be $45, and the single bottle was closer to $15 or $16, now it's $22 (and $29 on their site!).As much as I like the product it's tough for me to recommend it at this price. All of the supplements in these pills are pretty common and I wouldn't be surprised if there is a more cost effective combination buying them separately. Time to do some research.

These do give me a little more energy during a hectic day. I just wish they would last longer

I've tried most products on the market and truth be told, this has done exactly what it's ment for. I have read some bad reviews and mixed reviews. Be assured it's a good product but you have to keep in mind your reason for taking this product may not be what you need. Like I said I've tried many and feel that's what you have to do to get the one for you. I will say it gives me that energy edge I need to make it thru my day and do recommend this product to men whom are overweight and having issues with your glands.

Ended up tossing them in the ever growing container of unused vitamins, supplements, diet pills, etc.....

I have been suffering with Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome for quite a while. Before taking these, I felt like a prisoner trapped inside my body without any control. I would have had no choice but to go to sleep when I felt myself becoming quickly exhausted. I have tried many other supplements, and this product is the ONLY one that helps keep my energy level up. With these I can make it further through the day, even until bed time. Furthermore I feel great when I take them. I highly recommend them!

I found out from a naturopathic chiropractor that my one adrenal was almost nonfunctional. My energy improved terrificly upon beginning AFF. The chiropractor dosed me via muscle response testing with 4 capsules a day to begin with but now I'm down to two per day maintenence. I open the capsules and put them in my morning smoothie. Four others have found it to be a great boost to their energy levels and mood as well. [You can't be calm and focussed when you're fatigued and stressed!] You should be able to tell within a week or two if it's helping you.

I don't believe in pills anymore except for fish oil, vitamin D and zinc. save your money.

I love these because at noon my energy level drops, but after taking a few of these and back on track.
