I really wanted to like this, and my first experience with it was great a whole swim session with music no issues, went to use it again the next day got half way through swim and it packed up, intermittent, I suspect the IP rating is not IPx8. Have decided to return it and go for a branded version...disappointing.

I have tried lots off underwater MP3 players, from top end to the cheaper ones, I can honestly say this is the best out off all off them, fits nice around the neck and ear pugs don't fall out like others I tried. I also find this to be the loudest, the Bass isn't very good, but when under water, you don't need bass.I found it very clear. Great MP3 Player..... Love it.

Used it for the first time today and the ear pieces wouldn't stay in my ears so ended up taking it off!! Will try other sizes provided and hopefully that will work otherwise a waste of money as I can't keep stopping to put them back in.

So far so good - it is a great buy considering the value, and the sound is good. Fits the purpose!

Where to start. Can't get it to work I've tried everything reset button not doing anything will switch on the not off can't listen to music can't listen to radio . I keep emailing company and they now want me to go outside to get radio signal! Would not have one given. I want a full refund

Received headphones, but can't charge it, as it's not recognised by computer when connected. Tried it on 3 different machines with the same result.Have contacted amazon about replacement/refund, waiting to hear from them.
