NatraCure Fitted Achilles Gel Protection Heel Sleeve - 1 Piece (L/XL)

These saved me from having to buy a new pair of snow boots. My current boots are waterproof and excellent for shoveling snow but...gouge my feet at the achilles heel. Hard to keep shoveling when you're getting blisters in a sensitive place on your foot. And they stay in place when moving around. I took away some stars as I think its a bit of a rip off that you only get one sleeve for the price. Otherwise I can highly recommend these foot sleeves for protecting your achilles heels when hiking, running, shoveling snow etc.

This is a hood idea. It works, WHEN it stays in place, which is never.

I ride horses and bought these to help pad my foot where my new tall boots pinch my foot and they totally relieved most of the pain I was dealing with before slipping them on. My only critique is I wish the gel pad extended all the way over the ball of the heel and it would be super cool to have a gel pad under the wide part of the foot in the front behind the toes. I'm wearing them over socks so I don't know how bad these will sweat from direct skin contact.. it seems like they would though. Over all I'm pleased and I can get a few hours of boot wear in before I start to feel discomfort again.

These are an absolute lifesaver. I was getting awful burning and rubbing (Bauer bump) in my figure skates when drilling back progressives. These are great! They don't show over the top of my boot, and are very comfortable. I wear a cotton sock over it as well (gasp..I know, a bit unconventional) but it helps keep everything situated in my boot and nothing slides. Ordered an extra pair in case they wear out, but the first pair still going strong after a year of wash and wear. (This is only for one, so order two to get them for each foot!!)

Fits well, feels sturdy and protects back of heel

As a figure skater with haglunds deformity, these are excellent for reducing pressure and irritation over the Achilles.Comfortable, easy to wear, easy to wash. No visible wear after being used inside right fitting skates for 20+ hours a week.Only thing is they can be hard to situate in the right spot on the foot.

These work wonders for haglund's deformity! If you are having problems with pain on the back of your heals because of boots these will fix that instantly. I no longer have the pain on the back of my heals when wearing my boots. The only reason for the 4 stars is I don't know how long they will last. With that being said i hope that doesn't deter you from the purchase because like i said they work wonders.

I purchased these to help break in new boots. They are amazing for this purchase. A tad expensive but worth it to save my feet.The gel pad on the inside is much better than I could have expected it to bee. It’s comfortable and the gel is soft. These appear pretty durable as well.

Little if any compression. The gel section starts about an inch above the bottom of the heel. My heel pain is just above the bottom of the heel so this sock makes it worse. Depending on where your pain begins and ends, it may work for you, but doesn't work for me.

Some boots or shoes dig the back of the Achilles tendon then any contact to the area HURTS...These help absorb any contact

I got it because my workout shoes kept blistering back of my achilleas. This has immediately solved the problem. By the way I wear size 11 and these come in different sizes. I did not know that and got myself a small size. Its so stretchy that I was able to fit it on my foot no problem at all, no discomfort.
