Best raw cashews we've found. Soft but still have a bit of crunch with an almost buttery texture and flavor. We eat them right out of the bag but they would be great for blending and baking. We've ordered these several times and the quality is very consistent bag to bag. Good price and great quality.

Arrived in a timely manner and very fresh. I didn’t realize that that raw cashews are supposed to be soft. Apparently the ones I have been buying were not super fresh as they were brittle. Can’t wait to make vegan dishes, cream, dressings, etc. with these!

I’m so happy, making delicious cashew cream and milk from these. Soak overnight and blend with water in the morning. Great product. I’m a food snob and these are the best raw cashews I’ve found anywhere.

These are whole, high quality raw cashews. I bought them to use in vegan sauces but ended up dry roasting most of them in my oven for a snack. Great product at a great price

I put a layer of cashews into a flat pan, sprinkled water, and added some salt, then I roasted them at 275 degrees until crisp and slightly browned. Delicious!! I will order more.

I purchased these with the intent of making bread. I didn't make the bread but I did make pancakes. These are amazing if you want a flour-free pancake. You will have to pulverize them but I promise they do not disappoint.
