Solar Powered, Automatic Motion Sensor, Super Bright LED Wall Mount Path Accent/Security Light for Staircase, Step, Garden, Yard, Wall, Drive Way

I had the same problem as another buyer: one light works really well. the other remains dim and never brightens with motion.I do not intend to ask for a replacement light.Reason: even the light that works is too dim for what I need. I think these lights would be useful if you live in a secluded / very dark area (in the country, perhaps? or a town where street lights are not used). In my area, the light emitted from street lights across the street is about the same brightness as these lights at a full charge (actually probably a little brighter).I do think that for the size (small solar panel; compact/slim design), its a nice solar light. Just would be better for a cabin in the woods, maybe?UPDATE: Both lights are working now. I upgraded my rating from 3 stars to 5 starts. They are a cute accent light, but again, not really bright enough for my house/neighborhood, or I'd give 5 stars.

These products are terrific. They provide a nice subtle lighting to my deck without requiring me to install a low voltage wired system. I will have to see how their batteries hold up and how they do in the Minnesota winter. They may need to come down during the winter months. Each item comes with a single screw and sleeve and two adhesive mounts (foam with adhesive each side). Extremely easy to install.Motion sensor allows me to light stairs and steps without having constant bright light. Light is dim before detecting motion and lights the stairs nicely after motion is detected.

I can't say these are particularly aesthetically pleasing, but have been in continuous use for 18 months with no loss of light output or duration. Units have only slight staining due to weather. Standby light is just enough to see by. When motion detected they give plenty of light to see pathway. Much better quality than I expected. Battery is replaceable 3.2 Volt AA (#14500), but difficult to access. I want to buy another set, but Amazon doesn't sell the two pack as of this writing (Aug. 2017). Therefore, I purchased two units separately for only a dollar more. I'm hoping for no change in quality.

These lights were just what I've been looking for ... the night light will stay on all night long and with the motion activation it lights up the wheel chair ramp wonderfully. If I had a complaint the only thing I could say is I wish it had two mount holes on the back so they couldn't pivot when accidentally bumped.

I probably should have read the description better. these are not stick on, which I need, so I'm having trouble getting them to stay. more importantly, they stay on all the time and get bright on detecting motion. that's not what I wanted, but might be perfect for someone else.

Impressed! For such a small product it puts out a descent amount of light. Construction is nice, good metal housing. It would be nice if the timer and sensitivity was adjustable (like most motion activated security lights). Pretty good, would recommend. Will be ordering more, these were a 'test'.

These little lights are awesome. I have 6 of them covering a 50 foot long span deck on the side of my house. The very soft innocuous nightlight they provide but no motion is detected provides security, illumination when motion is detected lights up the area for safety. If for some reason I ever break one of these or they fail, which they have not going through last year's moderately harsh winter on the East Coast, I will definitely buy again.

One of the units works fine. The other unit works for one day only after being solar c harged at least for two days. Doesn't seem that the battery is holding its charge as it should. A disappointment , definitely. Sin ce my first review I have received replacement units Through the efforts of customer services. The replacement unit works well as tested and I'm greatly satisfied with the working of this product.George Kimata 5/22/15
