I use this cup daily for measuring water consumption. It’s a 32 ounce capacity container, so four of them will make a gallon. It’s leak proof, the straw is durable, it has a top on it to shield the contents from dust or insects, and the exterior is labeled with an ounce measurement tool. Nice cup. Easy to keep track of how much water you are drinking. Does'nt leak. Easy to clean and holds 4 cups.

This was exactly what I wanted. I didn’t want a huge heavy metal jug. I needed to accurately measure how much water I am drinking and this makes it so easy. Won’t keep your water super cold and it’s not really insulated but I don’t mind. I need the measurements and the graphics keep me motivated. Nice and sturdy and the cup and lid are easy to clean. The straw is a little more difficult, but I still manage. And there was an extra straw, which is nice. This is perfect for my needs.

My Mom had memory loss and this was great to keep her fluids up.

This is a great mug but it was shipped in an unpadded paper mailer. The lid of one of the mugs ordered was cracked and not usable. Love the product - disappointed in the shipper.

I needed a good mug at work that didn't sweat all over everything, kept ice longer and yes, a reminder I needed to drink more water.....not diet soda. This was the one. Dry, double wall insulated, durable, water guzzling new mug. It's a winner.
