My product arrived and by the photo you can see that one of the wires were disconnected ...that’s wasted. The other set I bought looks as if there is a shortage in the wires. It was shipped from China so I won’t waste time or money to return it. I really wanted this in time for Rosh Hashana😢. Twice this week I got burned from an Amazon product. I better cool it for awhile
