Get things moving naturally
This product is so awesome! And is a natural way to get things moving again. I have used this in day-to-day when I have issues and most of all I found it very helpful when I had a procedure and took multiple over the counter drugs that did not help me get things going. This used as directed with a glass of water and one cube before bed definitely gets things going without any other complications.

It tastes fruity and like fig. It has a date like structure and is very gentle on the stomach. I use it on a daily basis. However, it took forever to receive the shipment. I received the package after the set delivery date by a week or so.
