ASURION 3 Year Floorcare Extended Protection Plan ($300 - $349.99)

So far i really like it cause i have a small house and it is easy to use and quick to pick up pet hair and get floors ready to mop..

It was very heavy for our family. We have to return and we bought another one Rug doctor

I highly recommend buying the Asurion coverage! When my robot vacuum broke very suddenly and unexpectedly,I was sent a gift card via email for my exact purchase price. It was great! It was totally up to me to choose to replace with the same vacuum (It had gone down in price since I bought it), to upgrade with $319 to go towards it or to spend it on anything else and go back to cleaning the floors manually.I am now excitedly awaiting my upgraded super dope auto emptying, self mop washing dream come true all because I got this protection that acted as a full price coupon to my upgrade that I could not have otherwise afforded! Thanks Asurion, your customer service is excellent and your protection plan is worth every penny!

Most of aplicable products I purchase this protection, you never know when you will need it, my vaccum/mop when bad, made a claim and got a reimbursement for the value of my purchase and purchased a new one. Good service, by the way I purchased asurion protection for my new vaccum/mop, it's worth it.

I've purchased this in the past and been very satisfied. I have not used the service since this purchase but would think it would be just as good.

This is a bit like insurance. It's hard to rate the product or the provider until you need to use it. Generally not being a person to purchase extended warranties, we elected to do so on the Bissell floor cleaner because we had multiple mechanical breakdown issues with cleaners in the Hoover family. In many of those instances, the universal repair "Bench Fee" added to the actual repair was in excess of the purchase cost for a new unit.

Bought this extended warranty on a Hoover cordless vacuum. Within 3 months the stick part broke and the rollers stopped spinning. Filed a claim through the website. Asirios sent me a shipping label. In less than a week they’d refunded me the cost of the vacuum and the extended warranty. No runarounds.

The Airrobo worked great in the beginning. Then I notice a charging problem as if it wouldn’t keep the charge for very long. I watched all the trouble shooting videos for the Airrobo robot vacuum cleaner. I had not luck getting my Airrobo to work. I reached out to the company that I purchased the Three year protection coverage at Asurion. I away purchased additional coverage for electronics over $100 or more. My Asurion 3 year Extended Warranty Protection was purchased on the Amazon site when I purchased my Airrobo robot vacuum. I reached out to the warranty company and followed all the steps to get my Airrobo repaired. I was directed to a place near my home that would repair my robot vacuum. I was told by UBreakiFix company that we don’t repair robot vacuum cleaners. I told them that the Asurion website directed me to them for repairs. I reached out to Amazon and was told to reach out to the Asurion company for help! I told Ron the customer service person at Amazon that my robot vacuum was still covered under the 3yr warranty that I purchased through them when I initially made the purchase. I was told to hold for him to check when the item was purchased, even though I had already given Ron the order number for Airrobo/3 yr warranty protection plan. He came back to say that my Airrobo was purchased in 2022. My protection plan covers me for 3 yrs. He said they have nothing to do with repairs or replacing the Airrobo because it was to old to replace. I need to reach out to Asurion the warranty protection company for help! I told Ron once again I did reach out to them. For those of you looking to make expensive purchase for any electronics, don’t buy them on Amazon or purchase additional coverage through them. Please go elsewhere!
