Barely noticeable compared to the clear rings you screw on...I got this product despite the bad reviews and I like it bunches...My only complaint is this product is not for prolonged use, edges are kinda rigid so i filed them down....I would definitely purchase again...

I can’t wear facial jewelry at work and so I needed to use a retainer before I was able to let it heal. The caps were a little too small and had rough edges. Irritated my fresh Labret.

Exactly as described. I will be using for work and they work perfectly. Perfect size and you can’t even tell it’s there unless you’re looking really hard. I love that these have push in studs, makes changing my jewelry much quicker. Also, I really like that you get 5 of these. I lose my labrets/retainers all the time so it’s nice to have extras just in case. These are bio flex/plastic and do not irritate my piercing at all. They are very comfortable actually. Will definitely buy more in the future as needed.

The fit is comfortable, and you don't even notice when they're in. I wore it to a job interview, so I only had it in for about an hour so I don't know how they would hold up to long wear, but they're perfect for what I bought them for.

Sister needed this for surgery day and ended up not using it due to it fitting to tight. In fact, she wasn't able to actually put the cap on since the post ended right at the hole. Seems smaller than 1/4.

One came a little bent but it’s not a huge deal: everything was as described.

Purchase was great and loved the colors but I lost the little packet, did not get to use them
