Sizing chart is off
I can’t speak on comfort because I am not the one wearing it. I measured my female lab according to the instructions. Per her measurements she should have been a large, so this is what I ordered her. It was way too big. So big in fact she could pull it right off. I reordered a medium and so far so good.

Hard to breathe in/runs big, size down
The excitement was short lived . I opened the box and noticed the steps that goes over the face wasn’t connected good, only at one end and the adjustment part wants tight at all.We tried to get it on our puppy and she had a hard time breathing in this . Also the size Large was way too big . I did correct measurements and based it off of that . She could have used a medium .My puppy is a “husky” girl in size . She’s a 6 month around 80 lb Great Pyrenees . Wide and fluffy , stocky. She’s an xl in everything and this muzzle was way too loose . I needed it a few inches smaller than the smallest setting .This may work better if you don’t have a fluffy breed .We didn’t pay much for this , so you get what you pay for .

She can get it off easily
When I received the correct size (mfg was great about sending me a different size; it's not described well online), my Golden Retriever puppy managed to keep it on for about 15 minutes. Then, by scrunching her face around in the grass, she was able to push it off to the side. Tried a few days later, but by then she knew just what to do. She was eating small stones, so this mesh type was the best for her, but it just doesn't stay on. I think a full head version might work :)

They run big
Seems like a good product. I have a big dog. 80 lbs the large was way to big for her. I'll have to return it. Bummer! :-(

Too big
We have big dogs and this is bigger than they are. We have a Shepard, a Husky, a Shepard-husky (it's not what you think, they are all females) and a Standard Poodle. Three out of the 4 are rescues.
