Smart Solar 34208RM1 Solar Water Fountain, Brown Finish

I bought this for myself 3 years ago and had NO issues, no failures other than the battery needed swapping out,My sons girlfriend likes birds as much as I, so I bought one for her. unfortunately hers broke after 4 months, I contacted the customer service division and they had the factory review the pictures I sent, they determined it was a defect and Phill said they would send her a new fountain! WOW IN THREE DAYS, no haggling - just straight up taking responsibility, So grateful to see that in todays world. Thank you Smart Living. My neighbor and I both have the fountain (she had her's first). Great add to my patio,

THIS ITEM WORK THE FIRST DAY I GOT,AND DID NOT WORK AGAIN, I HAD DONE EVERYTHING, THAT THE INSTRUCTION SAID TO DO TO RECHARGE THE BATTERY, BUT IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. THIS PRODUCT IS CRAP. DON'T WORTH THE COST. IT SUPPOSE TO BE SOLAR; I LEAVE THIS PRODUCT IN THE SUN FOR TWO FULL SUNNY DAYS, AND IT STILL DON'T WORK. IT IS NO GOOD.

Up date again 4/15/21It stopped working again and now won’t startUp date 4/13/21I dried everything out put it in the sun for a day and yea!!!! It all works. I really like the fountain.4/1/20 I love the sound of flowing water. It is just the right size for my small garden. It is very eye pleasing too and light weight enough to move with ease, but not so much so that it would easily fall over. I still have not figured out how to get the topto fill so that it over flows but it is okay as is. I am only home mostly in the evenings and it seems to be able to pump water for several hours after a sunny day.I figured out the seal but now the pump doesn’t work , I did put it away for the winter and it worked one day this spring and now it doesn’t , can I order anew pump system?

I found the product is sturdy and looks nice, but the solar powered pump is garbage. It is not working very well at all and seems to never charge enough to keep the water flowing. My $15.00 cheap pump on my other bird bath works much better, even on cloudy days. Would not recommend at that price.

Tricky set-up. Works like a charm. Very low maintenance, just keep the water level topped up on the lower bowl.

This product arrived on time, however, no instructions and some components were not included. After scouring amazon for a contact number i finally found one. I called the company and they made little effort to help. First I was told this wasn't their product. The amazon number was not theirs. After pushing the point they finally conceded it was their product then reluctantly sent me the missing paperwork and components. Very unfriendly customer service!!!The bird bath is beautiful though. Some of the color in the basin is already fading but is still looks good. The solar piece is not difficult to use but is very reliant upon the number of hours of sun that it receives. It is a reasonably heavy piece and the bath is removable for cleaning.I have removed the solar piece for the winter months but the birds are very happy with the water source and it looks great in the garden.

The instructions are not very detailed. Luckily it is a cinch to assemble. The design is beautiful. It will be charged in the sun today and hopefully the flow strength will increase then.

We loved the color and look of this fountain, and it's been a HUGE disappointment that the solar fountain has never worked. We reviewed the assembly instructions over and over. We ordered a new battery, paying over $20 more for that, to make sure it wasn't the battery. It was not. It has never worked and now it is too late to return. Very disappointed.
