Best add-on TPMS system I've tried so far!
To be clear, this review is for the DEEWAZ TPMS system with INTERNAL sensors and GREEN backlit LED external receiver.I have purchased five different add-on TPMS systems with INTERNAL TPMS sensors and external LED receivers, including this one. I feel this one is the best in terms of quality and usability. The main problems I had with other kits was with their receivers: 1) They were too small and harder to read, 2) They were practically invisible in daylight and sunlight, and 3) They were "colorful" but I felt that made them look tacky. The DEEWAZ has quite a large display and I have no problem reading it in the back corner of my dash. Because it's a black LED display with a backlight, it's actually MORE visible, the MORE daylight or sunlight hits it! It looks sleek and stylish without the ugly (IMHO) multi-color LEDs.It also appears very well made. It comes nicely packaged and sealed in a DEEWAZ branded box. The receiver has an on/off button, and one of the feet slide over to reveal the three control buttons. It also has a USB port for charging via USB cable. I was particularly impressed with the solar cell. It has a very clean and "textured" matte appearance and appears to me to be of higher quality and durability than the other kits I tried that had the more typical "shiny" solar cells you see on countless cheap products. The internal sensors look very rugged and well made. This kit had the only sensors that had SCREWS on them that allows their internal batteries to be replaced if need be! If for example you buy an extra kit and store it for 10 years, you can replace the batteries in the internal sensors before installing them and they'll be good as new! I am not sure if the battery in the receiver can be replaced; I don't see a battery compartment but I do see screws on both sides of the receiver. I didn't try removing them. The other nice thing is while there is a power button on the side of the unit, once powered on, it will power off if you park the car and walk away from it. When you open and close your car door, their is a built in vibration sensor that automatically powers on the receiver. It is also able to tell if the sensors are rotating or not.I had the internal sensors installed at a tire shop. The display beeped and flashed "0" for about 5 minutes of driving. This is normal behavior; the sensors can detect when they are rotating and communicate with the receiver, eventually displaying the correct PSI and temperature. I have driven cars with internal OEM sensors and these sensors to me display and work equivalently to those (i.e., the kind that come with a car that offers them as a feature).I do have a complaint about the backlit display at night. I feel it is too bright, and there is no dimmer option available. It's easy enough to just remove it from the dash at night. The other complaint I have with this, as well as ALL add-on external TPMS sensor kits, is that they appear to be use a proprietary communications protocol. This kit says it uses RF at 433 mhz like many OEM sensors do, but again, their communications protocol appears to be completely PROPRIETARY. What this means is that these sensors will NOT communicate with or respond to any OEM TPMS diagnostic tools or equipment (TIPS, Autel, etc.). It also means that you can ONLY use the internal sensors that ship with the kit. There is a "match" procedure described in the manual, but it appears to only be for rotating the tires or correcting a glitch. It **MAY** be possible to match sensors from a different DEEWAZ kit of the exact same make and model number, but I haven't tried it. If that is NOT possible, that would mean that if you lost your receiver or if it malfunctioned, you would have to get a new TPMS kit and replace the internal TPMS sensors, even if the ones you have are working perfectly. Also, the match procedure ONLY works by deflating or inflating your tires, which to me is a BIG headache. I'd much rather use a diagnostic tool to trigger the sensors, which you simply cannot do with these. Again though, this is the case with *ALL* TPMS kits, whether they use INTERNAL or EXTERNAL sensors.I am very happy with this kit, and this is the one I would recommend for people searching and finding so many different models available.

Works Great
I have had this for a very long time and works better than expected. Honda uses a TPMS system that operated off the rotation of the tires and if calibrated correctly will tell you if your tires are to low. Unfortunately it is a poor way of monitoring tire pressure. You have to re-calibrate it every time you change the tire pressure and then it may not work right. Here comes 3rd party TPMS systems to save the day. What I originally liked was DEEWAZ was not the same product design like a lot of others where the only difference was the name on the receiver. This one is well built using plastic that has held up to the Texas sun, has a long battery life per charge and could be charged with either the built in solar cell or with the car charger. The sensors are very accurate and when following the instructions register with the receiver immediately when installed. I would recommend this for anyone who is tired of getting surprised by the low tire pressure light when there is nothing wrong.

THIS SYSTEM WORKS GREAT
I have a BMW E90 320D which has a tire pressure alert system but it only informs you that something is wrong with your tire pressure since you last calibrated it. it does not give pressure, temp or position information just a red tire warning light. When the tires were being mounted I could tell how much air was was added. This system comes ready to work out of the box. Just remember to put the marked TPMS valve on the correct wheel and you are ready to go. the biggest problem with the factory system which gets information from the ABS speed sensors is that when I go to put in air the tires are usually 5 to 10 pounds from my correct pressure . With this system I can know if one tire starts to lose pressure and find out the reason. This protects your wheels as well Low pressure is what causes most wheels to get bent and damaged by potholes. I love this system.

Great Display! Poor Info Update Time.
I really like the display on this tire pressure monitor! I can easily read it in darkness or direct sunlight. I had a smaller tire pressure monitor before buying this one that I could not easily read during the day because of the poor display quality. My only real complaint is that this TPM does not update displayed information as quickly as my old one did. My old one would update before I drove out of my sub division. This one, sometimes takes 10 to 15 minutes before updating. It's accurate, but it does not read / display pressure and temp as fast as I would like.

NO instructions in the box
Used on a 2019 GMC Sierra 3500. Installed internal sensors on new tire installation. Instructions not included. Looked all over the web for instruction; what I found was limited and not very helpful. Suggest the manufacturer should hire a extremely-competent English-language professional technical writer to document all function and setup instructions, then ensure through good quality control that LEGIBLE, and easily-read (no magnifier needed to read) instructions are included in the box. Anyone who has found instructions which are sensible and easily understood, please post a link for them. Could be a five-star device, but under the circumstances is barely a two-star device.Final recommendation: DO NOT BUY - WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

Much Better Than Expected
I am using this on a large SUV (Excursion) that I expect to use to pull a very large cargo trailer across the country.I have only two criticisms. First, the manual is almost useless and also almost impossible for older eyes to read. Second, the display is great in low or no light, but difficult to read in bright light. Otherwise, I am totally satisfied. It is very accurate with regard to tire pressures. Consistent to within one lb. Better than specified. As far as temperature, I don't see how an external unit like this can give an accurate view of the temperature within the tire. however, as blowouts seem to happen under low pressure conditions, I am sure this will be more than adequate for my purposes.
