The set is really nice and very good looking and comfortable. The problem is the chairs do not go together because they do not leave enough room to put the screws properly on the frame bottom and chair sides. There is no leeway or give. On one chair I got 3 of 4 screws in to attach stem bracket. On the other chair I only got one screw on each side to go in. If I put the four screws in on the stem bracket, then the chair will not attach to the back of the chair, because it will not line up. I now hope that the screws I have will hold, and the chair will not fall apart. It appears likeit will stay together. The manufacture needs to adjust there lay out, so this is not a problem. I would bet that every person has problems with this part of the installation. The chairs really are comfortable and look great.

I liked the look and the quality. It was actually quite nice one thing I hate is where is was made and who I purchased it from. Both do not have my county’s best interests at their heart, example is BLM

Excellent patio set and the included cushions are very comfortable being they are of medium quality. When the cushions wear out I will upgraded them at that time. Easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. Do NOT tighten the screws until all of the hardware has been installed (per instructions). I expect to get many years of use out of these.

Very durable, attractive and comfortable chair set. This set really did exceed my expectations. Very happy with my purchased.

It looks nice, just like the picture. If you do buy this, it is a little tricky to put together. Don't tighten the screws very tight until you get everything in place. If you do then you will have a hard time getting the holes to align.

I am very please with this set. The chairs and table are good construction and the seat pads are thick. They have a very rich, heavy look. The swivel is nice and they do "rock" slightly. Very comfortable and look great on the porch. My last Better Homes and Gardens patio furniture lasted over 10 years and I can see these set lasting as long if not longer!

I can't say enough about the customer service of this company. They truly care about their customers and will go the extra mile to help. It was so refreshing actually dealing with people who care. The furniture is beautifully made and wonderful quality. This set is even better in person. I am delighted with the company and the purchase.
