Easy to use product. The dial to adjust hand-strengthening tension manuevers easily for different adjustments throughout the day. The wrist-wraps are more comfortable than I thought they would be. The wrist-wrap weight doesn't seem like much until you wear them a while doing just everyday things - then you start to feel the burn of wearing them.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked me.

Bought this for my son. He is the fidgety type so I figured he would enjoy something like this and at the same time build up some muscle mass in his forearm. He loved it the moment he got it and hasn't put it down since! It's adjustable so I can change the setting if I wanted it to be a little more challenging for myself. Highly recommend this product!!

I have an old school spring gripper that is too strong to work just my thumb abductors and too weak to challenge my full grip strength. This unit is excellent for a wide variety of levels. It seems very well made and relatively comfortable. The price is great. I ask my friends to guess how much it cost and they all guessed $25-30

I can highly recommend the Shadibody Hand Gripper and wrist bands. This is a quality product, folks, and very reasonably priced as well. I am now seriously considering their jump rope. I wish the Shadibody company all the best as they move forward to provide more quality products. This gripper is made well. It is a very hard and durable plastic with rubber covered handles that do not slip during use, and the knob on the front easily adjusts the spring tension for different levels of strength conditioning. I am an ordinary customer, but my experience with Mr. Benjamin and my satisfaction with the Hand Gripper is the basis for my positive comments.Buy it - you will be glad you did. Everything is great except for a few dings:- I have small wrists for a guy, yet the scratchy Velcro pad on the wrist wraps already only overlaps the soft Velcro pad about half way. It'll stick to the wrist wrap fabric itself, but this causes the fabric to fray.- The gripper construction feels a little bit rickety -- not terrible though.- The product description is worded ambiguously; I thought I was going to be getting 2 grippers and 2 wrist wraps. I guess it's fine since the video says you want to be giving each wrist a rest anyway, but I was going to let my friend use the other one. Oh well.

Been using this for a couple of weeks and the build quality is solid! The grip is light weight and there is a rubber band that helps not to get your skin rubbed. The weight is adjustable and I use it at the office with 10kg while doing other things and 40kg when concentrating on the workout. Plus I like the color.

The hand grip strengthener is great it has a dial that lets you tighten or loosen the grip. I use it everyday day during work, while on the phone. The wrist wraps are very comfortable for everyday use. I would definitely recommend this for anyone that wants a high quality grip strengthener.

I am very happy with the product. I use it practically every day, my Co workers love it especially with the perfect hand/finger groove. It fits right in the spot. Not like the other's that are so uncomfortable. In addition I love the option to make it tougher or easier. Definitely a great buy.
