Good communication from Seller
The icemaker ended up not being compatible with my refrigerator. The wiring harnesses were different. The seller's communication was great and they took care of the issue.

Terrible return policy
Item was bought for a used refrigerator in a rental house. The refrigerator quit working before we could put in icemaker. Icemaker never opened and company would not let us return it. Would not even rate them but could not get off of the page!!!
