You need this because it makes clean ups so much easier. The only downside is that since it is silicone it can get a little cold in the mornings but we put a little towel over it. If there is a mess then it's not a big deal cleaning the towel and this wipes down and disinfects very easily and it keeps the top of the changing station and the cushion clean.

I like this product as it is portable - can just be rolled up - and easy to clean. I have it on top of the changing table and just wipe it off after use. It is very thin and flexible. I had bought one for my son and daughter-in-law, and they liked it so much I bought one for myself for when I am babysitting.

Our kid outgrew our changing mat, but we still needed something to protect them from the floor. This mat is perfect. I know that it's intended to be put on a changing table, but we just use it on the floor directly.It's easy to clean, it can be wiped down and sprayed down easily.

I carry it in the stroller bag permanently. Super useful and easy to clean.

Easy to clean, my son doesnt slode around on this one like he usually does with others. Just wish it was able to be folded to save space in my diaper bag. Its only able to be rolled to I use this on my diaper caddy in my living room.

UPDATE: after rinsing and washing with soap and water the product has a much less noticeable odor. I’d say I can barely smell it all now. Maybe from manufacturing? Either way, it’s a bit heavy but that’s to be expected. I also found that simply folding it to keep the “clean side“ in and not contaminated is a solution for me and I may actually use it now for my bag. I’m much happier now.I took a chance on this product. Overall I don’t like it. I won’t be using it in my diaper bag. It’s heavy, has a bad odor, and isn’t actually THAT easy to clean. You can wipe it down with wipes but to really clean it you have to basically do it in the bathtub or utility tub. And if you’re out and about, if you only wipe one side, but then roll it up, all that yuck from the changing table will now be in the inside through cross contamination unless you wipe both sides somehow. It is, however, very soft and a nice color. I’m going to let it off gas outside for a bit, which annoys me. I question the material, but I’ll use it for plants and humidifiers that I have on the kids’ dresser. If it continues to smell terribly I’ll have to get rid of it. I can’t stand that odor, but I’m also really sensitive to strong scents and chemical odors. Some may not mind.
