Missing information and videos
It seems that my version of this book must be different than the ones others have read. Several times videos of exercises have been mentioned, but there are none. There isn't a link to any either. Also, it mentions a diet plan. It tells you what to avoid, but I wouldn't call that a plan. The last chapter tells us to follow the Metabolic Miracles Course - but where is it offered? I've searched online for it, but can find nothing. The videos are mentioned again in the last chapter along with the 'afterburner' that his wife said must be included. Again, no link or anything. Yes, it was a free offering and you get what you pay for. He did have good information on how our metabolism works and how to de-stress, but I would have liked the information that was offered and never given.

Very basic information; lacking in areas.
I enjoyed reading the book, but he could have given far more clarity on how much HIT to do. Pretty much the whole book skimmed over basic information. It did give more solid information about the thyroid and pituitary glands, which I did appreciate.

Not worth your time
I got this book for free and it still wasn’t worth the cost! It’s a hodge podge of what feels like random information- things about mindfulness, law of attraction, meditation and vision boards along with the typical low carb -high protein approach that anyone interested in losing weight has already heard a million times. And to add insult to injury, it’s full of typos - many in the titles of the chapters! Totally sloppy in addition to being uninspired.

Interesting
I found this book interesting although I already knew the information it contains. I was disappointed I didn't come across the videos it mentioned and that is why I rated it four stars, although I recommend this book.

Good read
I really liked the upfront no nonsense attitude in this book. Really down to earth. Easy to understand and very inspiring.

Nothing New
It was ok but pretty much the same high protein diet. Nothing new there for me. Well written though.

Don’t waste your money
This book tells nothing new about what you need to avoid in your diet. The chapters are very short. No helpful information.The sample pages pull you in and then the rest tells nothing of the wife’s journey to weight loss. Very disappointed.
