One Degree Flour Whl Wht Sprouted

This is a good product. However if you're going to bake a cake or you want super soft cookies this is a little bit coarser than fine flours that are normally used for such items. However it is awesome and things like oatmeal cookies and peanut butter cookies.

I am gluten sensitive and can only tolerated sprouted whole wheat flour or sprouted spelt flour. This flour is very silky and does not clump at all. This made up a beautiful loaf of bread...one of the best I have made in several years. I substituted raw honey for the sugar in the recipe as well. I have also made excellent pizza crust too with this flour brand. Next I will be buying the bigger bulk bags.

Excellent sprouted wheat flour. Very fresh and nicely processed. I use for nearly all my daily baking needs rather than regular whole wheat flour. Good packaging. Nice size for a small family.

Self Sealing bags have spoiled me! Everything you buy these days have them, but not this flour. I needed to put the opened (with a scissors) bag in a 1 gallon zip lock to keep it preserved for its next use. As far as quality, I did not notice any difference from other brands.

I am PISSED. This flour is EXPIRED and it is not eligible for return. I am so disgusted by this! BUYER BEWARE!

I have added this to my sourdough bread recipes and am very happy with it. It worked well in the started, too. I appreciate the artisan quality, too.

Is my first time using these flour and neither I'm not a expert baking but overall taste good😊👍
