These are great. Definitely heavy duty. Will support the weight described securely, no worries.

Great concept but after a month of using these they would not retract and would just sit there too low to hang and then it broke! Hunk of junk!

I love the concept of these retractable hooks. What an ingenious idea! I no longer have to drag the wobbly wooden ladder across the yard to tend to the petunias up high or water them correctly. There is just one issue. Sometimes they lock up and will not allow me to lower the plant. I’m still trying to figure out what I might be doing wrong and exactly how to remedy it when it happens; i.e., hold the plant up and give the line some slack so that the locking mechanism will release, or lift up slightly and down quickly, etc. By the end of summer, I will have it all figured out! But for what little I spent on these, I think they’re fantastic and would recommend them.

Was not sturdy enough for my lightweight hanging plant. When it rained and got heavier the thing broke causing my flower pot to drop and break

This product took a lot of time to get to me. When I tried to hang up plants - It would not allow me to set the length and stop when I needed the length . It was a waste of money - The plants were lightweight, test the cord would pull out all of the way and not catch or stop where I needed it to. Very sad.
