Won’t buy these again.
Requested a replacement set due to connection issues. Returned FULLY the first package, and just opened my new pair to find only ear buds. Missing the charger case, the charger box. Will be returning these as well and request a full refund. This was not what was explained to me in the chat. I was told to return the entire item.,

Decent, but you get what you pay for
Overall, I really do like these headphones. The case they come with is pretty nice and has a sleek appearance. It feel solid, too. It's just a little hard to open. I've gotten the hang of it after having them for a couple weeks.In terms of the appearance of the headphones themselves--I like them a lot. I really, REALLY don't like looking like I have sticks coming out of my ears, like you see with other headphones like these, and I like being able to hide the headphone by just sliding my hair over my ear. These headphones are black, sit comfortably inside your ear, and they don't stick out that much. They're also light enough that they don't hurt. (Well, they don't hurt me. Other people with different ear shapes/sizes may beg to differ.)Sound-quality wise, these are a "meh." They're all right, and perfectly acceptable for super casual listening. I use them a lot when I'm writing and just need something in the background. If you're really wanting great sound quality and really want to hear *everything* that's going on, these are not going to be your cup of tea.How do they function? They pair well. I've had them paired up with my iPad and iPhone and the process of unpairing and pairing them wasn't heinous. Once they're paired with a single device, they pair up pretty easily once you take them out of their case and turn them on.I have noticed, sometimes, that one headphone needs a little extra encouragement to turn on and get going. This doesn't bother me too much, as I just press the button again to turn it on and hope for the best. It's turned out well thus far.I've taken a few phone calls on these. The sound quality, again, is "meh." I can hear the person I'm talking to perfectly fine. But the person I'm communicating with ... doesn't. They hear me, plus ALL the ambient noise, even if it's not terribly loud. I think this is because the headphones don't have anything coming down towards the user's mouth, so their mic placement must be such that it's gonna pick up everything around you. So, I'm not terribly keen on using these for my phone, just because I don't want my callers to hear me *and* the table next to me at the coffee shop.Oh. Heads up. The instructions are in what looks to be Chinese and English. The English looks like someone took the Chinese and ran it through an automated translator ... in other words, the English version doesn't make much sense. If you've used other bluetooth devices, it's fairly easy to intuit how to set them up and charge them, but don't expect to get a lot out of the directions.In sum, I'm fine with these for what I need them for. If I expected more out of them--great sound quality, good phone quality--I would be more or less disappointed. I would definitely recommend these to someone who is looking for a very casual wireless listening device.

Sporadic cutting out
Bought these 7 months ago. First few uses, right earbud would go out, then return. Eventually, that problem went away. But after 3-4 months, this issue came back and with more frequency. Not sure what causes this to happen because there are times I'll listen for an hour and they are fine. At this price, I would not expect this problem. But hey, at least the battery life in these Bluetooths is as advertised. I'd rate this closer to a 3.5.
