Been using this for about 3 weeks and it has been working well. Replaced an expensive Sonic toothbrush and this appears to work as well, at a fraction of the price.As far as quality, it is made of the same type of materials (plastic) of the same approximate thickness as more expensive models.Water flosser settings adjust well and clean properly. toothbrush settings also work well.This is a good buy for the money.As for those who want replacement toothbrush heads--these are sold on Amazon.:Complete Care Replacement Brush Heads for New version 083 Water Flossser, Black and White,2 pieces

Wonderful combination of electric toothbrush and water flosser with a good sized reservoir. The first day that I had to wear a mask to the grocery store, I realized that my breath was not nearly as fresh as I had thought. Uh oh. I came home, ran a search, read reviews, and happily chose the ATMOKO combination. The toothbrush is great and stays charged for 2 or 3 months. Even after brushing, I am amazed that the adjustable water flosser blasts forth even more food particles. Now wearing a mask is far more pleasant, at least for me! One fine day..... the public at large!

The price is awesome for a brush + flosser. The product works super well. I LOVE how my mouth feels after using the brush and flosser! Even just the brush alone!The flosser has so many tips to choose from depending on what you're trying to clean. The machine is small and will fit neatly on any bathroom sink. The water reservoir is enough for 1-2 flossings, which is fine because you don't really want water to sit anyway. And it's so quick and easy to fill that it doesn't bother me.I've read many reviews about poor battery life on the brush, and it's very important you READ THE DIRECTIONS. You need to fully charge the brush and then DO NOT CHARGE AGAIN until it is dead. You have to plug the machine into the outlet to use the flosser, so I just leave the toothbrush off of the stand while flossing, then unplug the machine, return the brush to its stand, and then go to bed.I purchased this product a month ago and charged immediately and the brush is STILL not dead! :)10/10 would recommend!

Besides it being in off name brand it works really well trying to figure out where to get new toothbrush heads

Had you asked me a month ago I would’ve given you a fantastic review of this product, however after just over a month of use the motor on the water floss started to show signs of wear. And now, even turned on to the highest a level, the water pressure is so low it’s not even worth it

So far. I like this flosser. I like that i can have the amount of water pressure by turning of the knob. Just dont leave water in the tank after you have finished. Still learning on all the attachments.

Edit 2:The new unit's water flosser is working well. So as promised, I have updated the review to 5 stars. The only thing I would change on the unit would be the size of the actual toothbrush head, but that is a personal preference type thing. Also, the customer service was excellent.Edit:The seller has sent a new unit. I did not request them to do so, I give them A+ for customer service. The one star review is reflective of the UNIT that I received, not the seller (great customer service). If the new unit lasts longer than a few months I will raise the stars to reflect the new units performance.Well, the ELLESYE 600ml Oral Irrigator & Electric Toothbrush has already broken. It no longer sprays water. To be honest, I did not really like the toothbrush (very small head), but could have lived with that issue. Naturally, I'm 4 days past the return window.

I feel like the power setting is just for show. Ive had mine a few weeks and it doesn't come on sometimes. The attachments all work pretty nicely and the whole. Storage kit is lovely as well. The tooth brush only gives you 2 minutes before it cuts off , and i need more time with my braces. I also think if it had a toothbrush head that spins and a brisseld tooth pick for the water pick it would be perfect.

I love this!! My teeth feel like I just walked out of the Dentist's office.
