Helped my back
I was born with scoliosis. As I have gotten older I have developed some leg length differences. I wear one in the shoe of my slightly shorter side and it has done wonders for my hip and lower back!

Functional and very pretty product! SUPERIOR!
I love that these inserts are pink! And I’m sure they will fit well into all my sandals - worn most of the year. I misjudged the size (.6 in), so I tried 2 together. Two is not always better than one - haha. The extra .02” put my leg alignment just a little off. So I’ve ordered the 1”. Can’t wait to use in sandals! Also, as a comparison, the type provided by chiropractor have to be STUCK into any shoe. This is fine for athletic shoes, but definitely not for expensive leather boots and shoes. When removing, a piece of leather comes by off with the attachment. The Rishaw Height Increase Insoles are so SUPERIOR!

Worth it!
Excellent for the price! Was not looking for a height boost so can't comment on that. I tend to walk on and apply a lot of pressure to my heels, at least that's what the machine at the New Balance store says. The problem is their recommended memory foam insoles are $70! I reluctantly bought a replacement pair but knew it wasn't going to work out as a long term solution at 70 dollars a pair. So I found these, and honestly I can't tell the difference between these and the high dollar New Balance insoles. I've already bought multiple pairs for other shoes and they're all good. Comfortable, easy to trim and the price is right!

As expected
Very comfortable and fits in shoes nicely. I would suggest wearing them with shoes that either tie or stretch otherwise they can be tight on your upper foot, which only makes sense.I bought one set to try, I’ll order a couple more soon.

Perfect fit and size!
These are exactly what I needed! Fit in my boots perfectly! They raised my ankles enough so that they didn’t rub on the boots and now my boots fit just right! Feels like quality material that won’t flatten out!
