From the description I had envisaged these ‘shabby chic’ hooks (which cost more than plain white ones) to appear ‘aged’ with areas of supposed wear mocked up by exposing the metal (ie. rustic, which is what I had searched for). Instead all the relief parts have been painted with a glittery gold colour, making them look white and yellow and very fake. Having said that they are solid and robust.

I was sad to open the box and find one of my hooks were already snapped. Looking at past reviews, I see it's the same hook for most people. I returned this product without issue and was promptly refunded. The two hooks that were there are great, heavy hooks. Nice size too. I think packaging should be a bit more than what it was.

I did not realise how big these hooks are until they arrived, I must pay more attention to the product details next time. I bought them for hanging kitchen towels and things like that but, given the size, they will do better as door hooks. Also, the colour is more like brown with fresh copper highlights than antique copper.

These hooks are of very good quality and sturdy. I would definitely recommend them and they look great too!

These look fab on the back of my bedroom door. Their very solid hooks that will hold several things. Going to order some more for the other room

Bit larger than I expected, v sturdy - only reason didn’t give 5 star, haven’t put them up in our contemporary home, they are lovely and better suited to a cottage style decor
