AC Delco is a name to trust when you purchase important items for your vehicle. Getting the correct oil filter is crucial for a long lasting engine. Keep records of your oil change. Thanks AC Delco, however, we need lots more C4,C5,C6, and C7 stuff listed on amazon.

A good little filter
These are very good, but not the absolute best filtration you can get. If you drive 5,000 miles or more between oil changes, this will go the distance. If you change more often, then consider a better filtration unit like WIX or K&N. See my review of the PF61 oil filter if your oil pan bottom is a couple inches lower than this PF46E filter when mounted. If so, you can get a longer oil filter than will work better, last longer as long as it doesn't protrude below the bottom of the oil pan.

From outward appearances this seems to be a well made filter. I have seem some sloppily manufactured ones lately.

This is the way to go
I purchased these for my 2003 Avalanche they are a direct fit and are much more affordable than paying a large mark up at a auto parts store. Going this route I saved $10.00 per filter, so yes this is they way to go I will be ordering more in the future.
