Original Revierw: 2 stars. I don't understand why anyone would make these bags in green. They used to be black, now they are green. They are thin as before. You can see the "contents"...we all know its in the bag, but really, who wants to see "it" in there? I wonder about the leadership/marketing at this company....THINK a little people.Updated 12/21: They went back to the black color. Much better. Thin like before, but now in black. I think it would help for them to be slightly thicker. They rip a bit too easily.

We have been using BioBags for years, and this was my first time buying the rolls. The convenience of having them work in the now-standard roll dispensing caddies is a plus and he bags are the same high quality. It would be better if it was easier to find the tear point at night. Maybe making the top & bottom edges gray would help, but that is a suggestion for the BioBag folks.

I’ve used these bags for years and love them. Yes, they are very thin. If you have a small dog who makes small poops, these bags will be a great fit for you. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend for a larger dog.

Good doggy bags. Rarely do I encounter a bag with a hole in it at the seam. We have a 25 pound dog and these bags are more than adequate. Not sure if they really have a chance to compost as designed since we dispose of them in normal trash, but feel good that they are made with compostable material.

These bags are certified fully compostable, not the same thing as 'biodegradeable' bags that break down into tiny pieces of plastic. I empty them into the toilet or sewer cleanout (sanitary sewer NOT storm drain!) and bury the bags in a trench at one side of my yard. They take a few months to break down but eventually they are gone.I like the bags on a roll, easy to carry and compact to store compared to the ones I used to get that were on a tear-off pad. They are also a little stronger than the old ones and are almost always easy to open- I hate fumbling around trying to get the bag open while picking poop off of someone's lawn!

I've bought these for years and loved them. I'm a dog walker and these used to be my favorite bags to use. However, they've changed them. They are now a green color bag instead of black, and are much, much thinner. I've NEVER had these bags rip before or had any issues. These new bags rip, they're see through, the smell permeates, and they're just all around unpleasant to use. I really wish I hadn't bought them in bulk now. I'll be looking to see if I can find the black bags unrolled, and if not I will be switching to a different brand.
