Great product, will buy another, good for pain relief

Isn’t this along with strong pain killers definitely helped with the pain after my 2 x knree replacements, keep it in some covering though and don’t put it directly on your skin or you can get freezer burn.

So glad I purchased this, it really helped relieve my back pain

Very easy to use and helped sooth my knee pain for a few months. I used to freeze it and use daily as an ice pack. The belt that comes with it seems to be too long when trying to wrap it around the knee. At some point the icepack has got punctured and now no longer freezes as before. It lasted me about 6 months though. It did serve it's purpose.

My husband used this a couple of times and I have used about four times, put in the microwave for 50 seconds didn't notice it split, and ended up burning my hands, would avoid buying this item again 😡

Works great for freezing, and is flexible as it starts to melt. However the heat option works so-so, you must microwave it for 50 seconds, then 10 seconds intervals if you want it warmer. We did this and it burst in the microwave. Not great. Plus it doesnt get that warm. Better off with a hot water bottle

What can I say. Following a knee replacement ice packing is needed. Peas are ok but this, this can be positioned and strapped in place and is very effective. Frozen again in a couple of hours, although I suggest buying a spare ice pack and freezing each for longer.Full marks

This is so handy! We have it in the freezer at all the time readi do be used. My wife had a surgery and she needed cold compress, this did the job very well. No need to waist a bag of frozen pees anymore.
