Yes it comes with the GM original metal gasket. No sealant required.

Q: Is this for straight 6 or the V8 it would be helpful if they put that in the description because you know how Amazon likes to Jumble up everything

I used this on a 2004 with a 4.2 straight 6.

Q: do any come TTY replacement bolts?

This did not come with replacement bolts. It does come with a metal gasket.
