Haven't used them yet. They are packaged in a very thin plastic bag, soon to be placed in a zip lock 1 Qt freezer bag. I'm not sure how long the ratchet will hold up, but vice grips will fit the squared shafts.

This product did exactly what I needed. I spent several years periodically replacing the gland washers in my faucet valves to keep the leaky faucet in check. I tried removing the old valve nuts with a screwdriver to properly fix the leak, but only ended up badly stripping the nuts. This product successfully removed the stripped nuts in a couple of minutes, and allowed me to finally fix my leaky faucet once and for all. I would buy this product again.

tool works great, the case is cheap and was already ripped when it arrived at my house. i would definatley recommend this tool

This is the essential extractor set for any work on your tub. I had several stem sizes and this kit had everything I needed. Great value for the money - well made and durable.

The item is fine but it doesn't work at all for me because the seat i'm extracting is a (cadet american standard) seat which is extended and not like normal seats. i.e. the ez-Flo wrench is too fat to fit into the seat so i cannot use it but found later that a regular allen-wrench works fine with it (because it is skinny)...

perfect little set for the home DIY person. works much better than the all in one sets at ACE and it was cheaper.
