Exceptional service, horrible product
As far as the shipping and promptness of the product, amazing service. Was on time and I could track it very easily through the website. Now for the cable, it has been 42 days since I bought it and it just stopped working. I have taken it to several gaming stores and every inspection said it was faulty wiring inside that couldn't handle extended use. I bought a different one at another store, and it was worked perfectly for twice as long as the other one so far with no problems. The remote is not bad, it gets the job done but nothing flashy. Do use Amazon but DO NOT buy this product, at least not the cable.

Big pile of Crap
This is the worst product ever. you have to be 1 foot away from the console in order for it to possibly work, which makes it completely and totally useless. I wish I could give it 0 stars
