took a long time to arrive, but they are good.

Not good quality
Bought this for stretching exercises. Bands cut to appropriate lenghts however after 2 uses started to break up and develop holes. Not recommended

Too thin and narrow
This is way too thin and too narrow. The depth was not advertised but thought it would be bigger than what came. Sending it back as it’s not for me.

Pay more for better quality
Using for physio but is very thin so no resistance and also very narrow. Not impressed!
