This is great to have as a spare coop/pen or chicken run. So easy to put it together, I assembled it by myself over my lunch break one day. Not the most sturdy thing ever (for example, I would not put anything other than a tarp on top of it) but it keeps the chickens in and keeps them protected. The cover is good but pretty small, I ended up putting a tarp over half of it too. Love that it folds up for storage in the shed or attic when not in use. Overall, a good buy!

I had some chickens in the past that got killed. They were in not as a secure pen as this one. My mind is eased and I have 4 roosters and it is plenty big enough for them all. One section has a tarp over it to keep the elements away.

Works well for chickens. Be aware that chicks under about 4 weeks can walk right through the bars. Assembly for me was hard. I invited my grown grand children over one day and they had it together in about 40 minutes.I did purchase a second one of this unit. I'm hoping to raise a few more chickens, and I like this device. Light weight, I can move the whole thing myself. I figure it was worth the money for me :)Edit added:The corners of this are held in place with long metal pins. I now use heavy duty zip ties instead and am happy. I think the pins are to help keep a larger animal from pushing up on the cage. My chickens are good with the zip ties.Things are measured differently; I measured the metal bars end to end and got 70x46x23 inches. The blue cover shown is heavy duty plastic with Velcro fasteners and it covers about 23 inches from the end. It is more of a sun shield than a weather proof cover. I plan to add a wood, or tarp cover to this prior to our next So-Cal wet season. I did put a large plastic storage container, with a door cut out, and straw inside so that my 7 chickens would have a dark, draft free, place to hide and roost at night. The cage is mostly, in my case, to keep predators out. I leave a side door open so that the chickens can go back inside if they feel threatened, or just want to sleep. My chicks are about 9 weeks old (as of 12 Jun 20) and seem to be happy.

It’s a simple straight forward wire cage that arrives with no directions or advice on how to build it. It’s pretty easy to figure out on your own... my issue is that I’ve only had it a few days and it’s rusting all over. The paint is cheap and chipped during shipping in hundreds of tiny spots. Those spots are now rusting like crazy. You get what you pay for.

Look, this is OK - it's flimsy so grab 100 zipties to use on it. That's all OK - it's a good price. What I can't understand is why they lied about the dimensions (I'll add pictures later). It's 70" long and 46" wide, not 72x48.It is 24" tall, so I know the problem isn't that they don't know how to measure.

Good quality, easy assembly, one person can put it together, easy to store. We use it for our chicken & duck when we travel.

Flimsy, essential parts missing, going to need a lot of zip ties, bad value. People say it's built cheap but inexpensive, I see it different. The gap between what you pay and what you get is what counts. I feel like I just spent $1 for 1 rubber band.
