It works for some and it doesn't for some . It stick well.i still use them.

I think these may have helped partially heal a bone spur issue I had.

I bought this product fully hoping it would work. But after reading some reviews, and then some articles from the Mayo clinic, I had to try a type of "experiment ".One article from the Mayo clinic that said due to the type of wood powder within the gel would turn black even with distilled water. So I wore one pair, and dripped 5 drops of distilled water on the second pair.The distilled water pair had the same reaction that the ones on my foot did (albeit less, because I only used 5 drops. I suspect the reaction would have been even more similar if I had used 10 drops).As far as benefits, I wore the rose ones, and even though I have an injured ankle, I did not have any pain relief in my foot. I made sure to use the same pad for both my feet and the water.So, my observation is that many times there is benefit in the belief that something will help. Positivity goes a vary long way. It's possible that because I had doubts, it didn't work for me.Soooo.....I have no suggestions on whether to buy or not. It is up to you to decide.

I really am impressed with this product. It came in a very timely matter and contains 2 sets of each type. I've so far used the Rose set and even without socks, it stayed on my feet the whole night. When I went to bed, I had been wishing for a personal masseuse since was having a lot of muscle pain in my neck and shoulders mostly. When I woke up the one on my foot that lined up with the shoulder/neck hurting more had the most nasty stuff on it. The other side had less but still stuff on it too. When you go to initially put them on, the sticky side that adheres to your foot is plain without coloration. After using them and waking up, there was muscle relief and it did help ease the tension and pains I had been having. Wasn't cured of course, however could definitely feel the difference. I would definitely recommend this product if you are curious about them and wanting to try them out. They are a very neat treat to use.

Wear socks, not the stickiest. I have no idea if these actually do anything beneficial. But they’re fun lol.

I decided to try these because the ones I typically use had gone up in price and were harder to find outside of South Korea. This brand offers more variety of scents and a larger amount per package. I love that the patch comes already attached to the adhesive. Peel and stick. They are also easy to remove, which is a plus. Other brands I've used in the past leave you scrubbing glue residue from your foot. Ain't nobody got time for that! :D I'm on my feet all day at work in a grubby environment and these help when my feet hurt. I feel lighter and healthier after using them with fewer aches and pains. I sleep better. They actually help me go to sleep after putting them on. I always take these on vacation when I know I'll be hiking or walking around a lot. They keep my feet happy during the trip so I can enjoy the sights without foot pain slowing me down. Highly recommend. Great seller, too. Ship quickly. I will repurchase. Thanks.

They're just not very easy or fun to use. It feels MEDICAL, which is not very comforting or sexy for the bedroom.

They don't stick very well at all ..I keep trying so far three stars for me

Already used all pads, I dont think there were as many in the box as advertised. But whatever, not sure what it really does, dont feel any different, but who knows, some people might find those things fantastic so here we go :)
