I got there's because my wife leaves every light on in the house and for some reason it's my job to turn them off? I'm trying to watch TV and the light in the dinning room glares off of the TV screen making it hard to see! Well now I pick up the old smart phone and just say "turn off the dinning room light" and it goes off, Yay victory! Sweet, sweet victory.installation was not difficult, if you know how to put in a light switch you should do fine, one thing I found difficult was a couple of the switches I installed it on where 3-way switches so had to modify the wiring to work on one switch instead of two.

I love these switches. Gives the house a nice modern feel. The only issue is if you use them with LED bulbs that have a dimmer option. The LED bulbs don't slowly brighten from zero to full, because anything below around twenty percent brightness (maybe fifteen, I dunno) isn't sufficient voltage to activate the light, so it goes off completely. So if the light is off and you hit the switch to turn it on, nothing happens for like two seconds, then POP the light comes on around fifteen or twenty percent bright. Then it slooooooooowly brightens to full, just as it should. Likewise, when turning a lit LED dimmer bulb off, it slooooooooowly dims until it gets to about twenty or fifteen percent bright, then snaps off completely. This does not happen with regular incandescent bulbs, though. The dimmer works EXACTLY perfect with those.Still, though, I can't express how happy I am with these switches. Super great bargain, will buy more.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Very smooth dimming and no flicker or warm wall plate that outdated spin dial or toggle dimmers cause. I am now converting all 5 dimmers in my home to these very modern switches. They glow softly and look stunning at night. Also easy to clean compaired to traditional dimmers where gunk or discoloration can occur with frequent use. This is very high quality glass display that cleans with a single wipe. Set up wifi in 2 mins....... even though directions are vauge and not as straight forward as "Ikea" instructions but its expected when you buy these off brand tech gadgets. Basically you need to have basic wire knowledge and smart home experience or find someone who does. Also wifi not needed, although I use the wifi functionality occasionally I primarily use the actual wall plate to control my lights. Love it & a must have for smart homes!!!

My favorite thing about this switch is that the front panel is glass. It gives it a very sleek look. The wiring was easy to set up and it only took a few minutes to connect to my Alexa. The glass surface is very sensitive and responds well to touch.

I had to change my review about this smart dimmer, I purchased 2 of these, one of them just stopped working.I don't recommend this smart dimmer.

I like the fact that this glass dimmer switch fits inside my switch box. I like the overall look and feel of this device. Works as described. Didn’t take long to come either after order. Just 13 days from China.

Great price for the product. Installed easily except it has to be in a j-box by itself. So if you were planning to put it in with other switches it will not work. Besides that the wiring was simple and hooked up to my Alexa with ease

I bought this in October of 2019.i had it installed in November. It quit working totally at end of February. I would not recommend. There was a power outage,and after no lights no display, nothing works on it.disapointed.

It was ok while it worked. Making it integrate with the android app was tedious but once completed the app did a good job controlling the dimmer.The dimmer worked well the first week of use, with both the buttons on the switch and the app being responsive. The buttons on the switch became less responsive though, and soon only the power button worked. Then another couple weeks went by and that gave up, but the app could still control the dimmer. Another week and the dimmer made the light flicker, and then shortly after it just stopped working entirely.So, basically it's a waste of time and money.

I got these for my new kitchen, they look great, especially as I have two of them next to each other. Alexa was easy to set up and my three year old loves that he can turn the lights on himself (via Echo).
