The replacement battery pack fits my Samsung laptop (model: NP900X4C-A03US) perfectly and is working meaning charging the battery. It would be nice if there is some kind of instruction comes with the product.

I used this battery to replace a ~7 year old one in my Samsung 900X4C. The new battery is giving me about 40% more run-time, which seems like a reasonable and expected improvement.Taking one star off for the exorbitant price.

I liked this product because it works as it should and the product descriptions are correct in my case. It gives my laptop around 4 hours run time, so I am happy with it. It's really hard to remove the screws from my old battery. While my hours of attempt of removing the old batteries, I stripped 3 screws. So, it's just a recommendation, and I know it's not this battery seller's responsibility or obligation at all, but it would be nice if they could include a few screws just in case. Other than that, the product works great.

Worked for a few months then battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore.In an effort to make things right the company offered me a full refund or another battery. So if you get a faulty battery they will make it right one way or the other.

The original battery lasted 8 years. Hope that this one performs the same
