TL;DR: This is a great knife, and I recommend it.
This knife generally performs as expected, and it has, for the last month, pushed to the top of my rotation. The blade is centered and has very little blade play. I paid 18.95 in Sept. 2018 for the black knife with an orange back-spacer, and I feel it is a bargain. I am not a blade-steel snob, and this blade meets my EDC cutting tasks. The G-10 grips are nicely textured. I considered the "carbon fiber" scaled model (listed elsewhere), but based on the feel of the one I purchased, I suspect the other would be too slick for my preference. The clip is not adjustable for position; it's tip-up "right hand" only. I like both tip-up and tip-down carry, so it was not a problem. I feel there would have been minimal cost for tapping the holes for all four carry clip positions. The clip screws, like the rest of the knife, have Torx heads. The Axis-lock style was initially gritty upon deployment and closing, but fortunately it smoothed out in less than a week and hasn't presented any issue. The rounded jimping doesn't extend to the scales, only on the liners. If it is going to be present, I would like the cuts to have a bit more bite. It appears to be mostly for visual style on this knife. The blue hardware from most of the display photos is missing. That's unfortunate, as I think their blue hardware is a nice accent. Instead, the hardware is apparently stainless steel as shown in the display photo that has labels "Closing" and "Pushing, G-Lock."Another inconsistency from the photos is the clip. While the difference is inconsequential, there are two holes displayed in the photos that would be used to access the screws to remove the clip. Instead, there is a single oval shaped hole in place of the two circular holes. It feels thicker in my hand than I imagined it would be from the photos. It's not problematic, and it makes for a sturdier knife. I just expected something about 10-15% thinner overall. The liners are milled out, obviously, as seen through the scales. It makes for a pretty looking knife. I wish the clip position was such that it lined up behind the scales and didn't cover the holes. Perhaps, that change would be less comfortable in hand.Overall, I like the knife a lot; I would purchase it again, and based on the strength of this knife (and other Firebird/Ganzo knives) I will purchase more from the brand.

Really really good!
I said "Do I really need another Ganzo?" They're great and all, but I have like five already.Well... glad I got it, because this is one of my instant favorites!!The action is incredible! So crisp and snappy, flickable and fidgetable all day. Drops shut out of the box. This has bearings, not all of them do. Perfect detent.Solid lock up, zero blade play. It's a nice size, still a full-sized knife, but slightly trimmer than most standard Ganzos. Also it's lighter, with all the holes. They also provide a pleasing and secure grip, while not needing too much rough texture.Came very sharp. Rides comfortably in the pocket.I'm really glad I got it! 👍😎

Good deal - reminds me of a kapara
I saw this and thought it similar to a Kapara which is over 200 - didn't need it but liked it. Smooth -sharp out of the box and neat - well balanced good between light weight and still full liners and G-lock. Not quite a replacement for the elegant Kapara but good enough to buy me some time to think about it. I am slightly allergic to carrying 200 dollar knives and 18$ knives get carried and used. This one is a winner. Slim in the pocket and a nice deep pocket clip. Maybe a bit too pointy to be perfect but will do the job. Trapper

Great knife, very pointy
Quality is really good on this one. The axis lock works smoothly, blade snaps open nicely with a flick of the thumb stud, and it takes and holds a decent edge. This blade is unique in that it’s much more pointy than most, so the tip is rather delicate but needle sharp and good for poking into things that need poking.

Great buy!
I had seen a Ganzo knife of a friend's and l was reasonably impressed. When I found out the price, I was suspicious. After reading reviews online, I was too curious to not buy one. And I don't regret it at all. Definitely worth it.

Very smooth action.
Very pretty knife. Works very smoothly and locks up tight. The G10 handle is grippier than the carbon fiber version, but with a little less bling.Note it's actually an FB7621 as it runs on bearings (and the blade is marked "FB762"). This is why it is so smooth and drops shut when closing. Great knife value.

Nice knife
Knife blade is quite nice, not too heavy and fits good in the hand. Action is smooth. Only negative thing is the screws that hold the pocket clip on do not have any thread locker on them, so after two months of daily use the screws have wiggled them selves free to roam the open world.

Great knife for the money. Solid and comfortable.
Great knife for the price. The grind was slightly off unlike my other firebird ganzos which were perfect. I like the design and weight. Fits great in my hands. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the off center edge. I definitely recommend this knife.
