Light and stronglike the designIt isnt quite wide enough in diameter to take larger pill sizes which I wish I'd checked so I cant use it for some of my pills. (It came in a cheap metal box though so I'm currently using it for the larger ones while I look for another!)Point to note - if you fill it with small pills they can wedge and become very hard to bash out without losing them or dropping them.The pill holder itself maybe sturdy, however the metal ring that loops round the top to attach it to things is cheap rubbish and bent off almost immediately. Seems a fairly serious oversight given anyone buying titaium is doing it for the robust material - why skimp on that? Essentially unusable now and forced to buy a sturdy ring and hook to it or just get something else that takes my larger pills and consign this to a drawer to never see the light of day again.
