The chair arrived ahead of schedule. The package had an odd smell. I assembled product and it was great however the product had the same odor as the packaging. My first review of product was not accepted because of truthful review.Edit: After having the chair 2 weeks the smell is gone. The chair is comfortable and seems to be well built. My 7 year old daughter uses it for online school daily. I was not compensated for the change in the review. I just want to make sure I gave it a fair shot. Original review was 1 star because of the smell. My college aged son has a similar chair that was twice the cost and this chair seems to be of similar quality. I’ll update the review again if I encounter any problems with it.

UPDATE: chair is very wobbly even with keeping screws tightened, I'm not even that heavy of a person I've never experienced a chair become this flimsy over such short period of time. the cheap price I believe would go to quality because the life span seems so short of this product. I wont be purchasing another. I've changed my rating because of the short life span this chair seemingly has. its not comfortable at all, my body is constantly aching when I use this chair, I had to switch chairs in fact and will have to resell this as a loss from ware and tare, because it takes just enough time for the return policy to void for it to become wobbly and worn out. thanks engineers who designed this product... I wont trust anything you engineer again.what I like about the product is its simple to assemble, instructions were super easy to follow. dislikes, arm rests are to short and don't support elbows at all when you recline the back rest to an actual comfortable position for watching or doing anything. when you can get the elbows rested, the back rest is so far forward you feel like your leaning forward not upright, so theres no point in having the pillow unless you lean back. massage pillow is nice but I wish it had more then 1 speed vibration and I wish it had heating that would be nice.had to add an update, after further use, i've started to notice my back and neck are constantly cramping and becoming sore, something about the positioning of the seat or something, i'm sitting as suppose to for proper comfort however its more painful then sitting in a much cheaper office chair.Update: only 5 months old hardly used still, I don't mess with arm rest hardly at all I work a lot, where the armrests cushions seems all meet at, its falling off piece by piece, these are cheaply made, dropping another star.

Bought chair for daughter for Christmas and all was well till last month when it started to slide down daily. Has to be readjusted all day long for height and is now ergonomically uncomfortable. Company doesn't respond to emails, and I am stuck with a useless chair

I bought this for my 9yr old daughter (and my 38yr old self ha!). Shes really into computer games and when i saw it had the massage function (i have a bad back) i thought it would be good for both of us. the chair leans back all the way, and you can adjust the height of the lumbar support/massager. the massager plugs in by usb, so just make sure you don't spin around and rip it from the plug! the chair has worked out, we both love it. my daughter likes to sit up right, and i like to lean back, so we can adjust it between us. only downside is the chair has that strong new chemical/paint smell for a few weeks out of the box.

This company has great customer service and the chair is well built. I definitely will be ordering from them in the future.

My 10 year old loves this chair. The massage for the lower back is definitely a plus.

I love my chair, it saved me money by not buying a recliner chair. I can sleep, watch TV, do office work in my Gamer Chair. The neck area of the chair I love as well. You can lean your head to the left or right and have support. Great Back and neck support. I've had my chair for a week now with Fast Delivery, I got my Gamer Chair in two days.I will buy again
