Great value!
I'm very impressed with this cooler. For the price it is sturdy and very well-thought-out. It's strap down capability (boat), seal and locking mechanism, shear weight (sturdy/insulation), drain and pressure release, even the bottle opener.... I cannot wait it use this! This purchase is intended for the extra cold storage. Not to be confused with my plastic Coleman that everyone gets in/ out of all day long (drinks etc), that thing doesn't stand a charge keeping ice more than a day.Addendum, 3 years later: still my go to for items than need to stay frozen or cold for days. It's heavy and less storage space due to the thick walls. So glad I bought it.

Best quality money can buy at a great price!
I recently purchased a 20 qt cooler here on amazon from Landworks. I have to start off with saying this was a really good deal from what appeared to be of great quality and now able to inspect it in person myself I have determined it is indeed of good quality. When first reading about the product on the manufactures info page, i didn't know what a rotomolded cooler was or what the real difference between these kind of coolers and others on the market. Well... after doing research of my own before sealing the deal, there is a big difference when it comes to rotomolded coolers and apparently all the top manufactures use this kind of technology.Where I live it has been warm/hot between the 80s and 90s with plenty of sun and so far this cooler has held up to its claim, giving me more than 5 days of ice without having to worry. There is so much about why these kind of coolers and so good and doing things like pre-cooling/chilling (as recommended with these type of coolers), really does extend the life of ice to melt slower.I am very happy with this cooler and can't wait to use it on my next outing. I will never go back to using the normal cheap-o coolers from wally-world, rotomolded is the way to go!

This keeps things cold for days!
We keep this on our boat, it has a really tight seal and keeps things chilled for a couple of days, it's great to be able to use the ice for more than one outing at a time. Also it's sturdy enough to act as additional seating.

AMAZING VALUE!
As an avid outdoorsman I find myself on plenty of road trips to and from the mountains, spend hours if not days hiking (either day or weekend 2-3 day hikes) to destinations or scouting for hunting. I find often that my cheap igloo cooler (specially during summer) doesn't cut it for retaining ice and keeping drinks cold being locked in a truck for 2-3 days upon the return during summer months. I know rotomolded coolers and have a 45QT that has proven to be worth is weight in gold but finding the perfect "road trip" cooler to sit on the hump in the middle of the floor of the backseat of my truck was proving to be tuff. My criteria: I wanted a rotomolded cooler for it's ice retention properties but anyone who knows anything about rotomolded coolers knows that they can be difficult to open for several reasons. 1) change in altitude can really put a vacuum on the lid because of the commercial freezer stile gaskets used (air tight). 2) Typical rotomolded coolers have sturdy rubber lid locks and can be difficult too open if you are not directly in front of them with proper leverage. Many of the larger rotomolded coolers have water drain plugs and vacuum release buttons but I was finding it very difficult to find a smaller 20qt with these options. I also wanted a "lever style" lid lock so I could reach back between the front seats of the truck and just pop it open while on a road trip. A few options do exist on the market but the sacrifice for these features is the price ($100-250). Along comes this little amazing cooler! No it's not the name brand, high priced competition but fortunately the competition in rotomolded coolers these days has really stepped up its game. Prices have come down and quality is very high. Tit for tat comparison most people can live without the high end name as long as the cooler is "comparable" in ice retention and quality. Ok, so a Yeti holds ice for 7-10 days....One of the cheaper "nock offs" if you will holds ice for 5-7 and some 10 days OR a cheap/standard igloo, Coleman and the like that won't hold ice 24-48hrs before its done? Take your pick. Given the price of this little cooler I can't see purchasing a standard cooler. No a chance! Everything on this little cooler fits the bill (drain plug, rotomolded, thick walled, heavy, lid latching system and vacuum release button). Most of all PRICE! What I didn't like......The lid locks although they are a hinge system they are very robust and "tight" like all other rotomolded coolers (good and bad). Placing your finger in the hole and pulling was a bit uncomfortable (doable but uncomfortable). I could see this being and issue if a passenger was reaching back in-between front seats without proper leverage to really get a solid handle on the latches so I easily fixed this issue with some paracord leverage loops. Now it's pretty easy to open the handles by just pulling on the loops to leverage the hinge style locks. My 45qt Cascade Mountain Tech Cooler in the photo (an amazing value and super competitive with coolers like Yeti and others) looks very similar in build quality as this little Landworks cooler and I would not be surprise if they were made in the same overseas factory. This is an amazing value in a rotomolded cooler! I would have given it a 5 star if it were not for the latch lever difficulty. For this price you can't go wrong if you are looking for a solid 20qt. rotomolded cooler. PURCHASE THIS LITTLE GUY!

Pretty impressive
Bought this specifically for a trip to the beach in Florida. It took the heat every day and still kept all the drinks and snacks cold. It's the same thing as the more expensive (triple the price) coolers out there and works just as well. I have no problems with the hinges and think they'll be fine over time. It did create a vacuum once or twice but certainly not to the point of preventing me from opening the lid. All that tells me is that it's also air tight.

Perfect size for trunk
Many coolers have similar features for keeping contents nice and cool for long periods of time, but this one stood out for its size/dimensions. I needed a cooler that would fit upright in the trunk of about 5 different cars-hatchbacks and sedans - and this was the only one that was large enough but wasn’t too tall.

Larger Than Expected
I researched many rotomolded ice chests trying to find one that would fit my application. Measurements on this item fit my needs and ordered in hopes it would work. Well the measurements were "Inside" not outside so its really the same size as all the other brands and it does not fit in the space intended. Ill use it but not where intended. As far as construction, the only thing I found was the "Handel" was slightly bent outwards and every time you moved the handle upwards to the carry position the handle it popped out of the hole not allowing it to be carried. I worked slowly and got it straight and it is functional now. I think this it a weak point of this brand over others I have been in contact with. Personally I do not think the handle was manufactured incorrectly I think it may have been damaged in shipping. Also the box that it was shipped in was quite damaged and had been taped over in damaged areas so it very well could have been a "Returned Item" and the re-shipped to me (that my feeling). Anyway its in working condition and it will get used this summer.

Better than a fridge for keeping beer cold!
This is an excellent product for keeping drinks of allsorts cool, better than the usual domestic fridge. I use it, not as a camping aid but at home, in summer kept in the garden, and winter in the kitchen. The only thing that puzzles me is the bit about the “2 bottle openers” which I can neither find or need as I have plenty of my own. My wife became fed up with the fridge being constantly filled with my beers and tonics and persuaded me to purchase either one of these, or a small fridge. I’m so glad I chose this as it keeps drinks colder than they would be in a fridge. Perhaps a little more trouble as it’s quite heavy, needs draining on a daily basis if you use ice and should be used with freezer chilled cool packs which I replace every three days. Magnificent!

What a great value and built to last!
Love this little cooler! Built equally as good as my larger Yetti at 1/3 the price. Made a custom vinyl decal for the front and removed the Landworks badge. To me that's an added benefit as I like to customize things.

Quality product
Very well made. I love the rubber cam clips that close with a solid click but don't take excessive effort to unclip. The carry handle has a very comfortable spongey grip - useful given the weight of the box when loaded.I tried this out on a 4 day camping trip. Loaded with two bags of £1 ice from the supermarket when we set off (ice left in the bags), 2 litres of milk and a tub of double-cream. The dairy stayed fresh despite the cool box being left in a hot tent, often in the sun for hours. At the end of the trip about 50% of the ice remained. Had we been staying longer all I would need to do is add another £1 bag of ice. Would recommend as long as you don't need lots of storage space - the 2 ice bags occupied about half the capacity.

Very Solid, Works Well
My first impression was that the cooler was bigger than I expected. The handle is very solid and the space inside is "not massive" - the walls are quite thick so the outer size does not translate to storage. Generally quite impressed. To test it out, I half-filled with ice. I left the ice overnight to cool the box, then discarded this ice and filled again with fresh half load of ice. This ice stayed frozen for 3 days, and the water was still quite cold on day 4.As the instructions say, this is a temperature "holding" device - if you start cold, it stays cold. The recommendation was to put it in a freezer but I can't imagine many people having one big enough.I saw some reviews commenting on loose locking clasps but mine seem very sturdy. They are thick rubber but maybe they can stretch with use. After a couple of months of use, my two nit picks would be:1) I'd like it to have slightly more storage space inside - it fills up very quick.2) The handle is TOO solid when it is locked upright. Sometimes you have to really whack it when it is upright to knock it back into the side position.
