Use for pain. Works pretty good.

I've lived with intense pain in my right arm for over 2 months, nothing helped. As a Natural Healer, I prefer herbal anti-inflammatories. The pain relief wasn't effective.

I’ve been having joint pain for a few weeks and Sustain has really helped ease my pain as I work to recover! I plan to continue taking it even after my joint pain subsides for cognitive support, I generally take turmeric to help with both brain and body inflammation and I love that this product also contains Boswellia! Our family has lots of food and dietary restrictions, so I appreciate that this supplement line is free of gluten, preservatives and other allergens!

I love this product as it is so many different GOOD ones all in one bottle! I'm not kidding either, I have hyperextensive joints and it causes mega pain to the point of crying. With this product it's like night and day how I'll be based on the fact if I took this or not. I mix it with MSM as well and find the mix of Curcuma and Boswellia along with Turmeric and other goodies like Ginger and I am not feeling like a super stretch doll. I am adopting an anti-inflammatory diet to improve my health and reduce arthritis symptoms. Curcumin, Boswellia and ginger were three supplements on my list that might help. I was happy to see all three in the Sustain product. Also, in my research, Nuvana produces top quality supplements.

Tried Turmeric as an alternative to #4 Codeine I have been taking for over seven years. I need a pain medication at night to help me sleep. I have severe neuropathy brought on by diabetes. I was only taking the codeine at night, and never abused or increased my usage in seven years. New federal regulations were causing my doctor to reduce the codeine strength, even though I never abused the medication. The other motivation to try Turmeric was the constipation codeine caused was a problem. The Turmeric seems to work as well, without the side effects.
