Love this chair! My son loves it for gaming, but it also works great as a desk chair. Not too difficult to put together when you follow along with the you tube video. Arm didn’t work (stay raised), so I contacted the company and they sent a replacement part at no cost. They were so quick to respond. Amazing customer service!

Received product today and as someone has mentioned before, some of the parts are already in place and you don't really have to do much to assemble this chair. So far it is sturdy and it is great quality, much better than I expected. The cushions are detachable if you don't like them. I rate it as a five for now but it is subject to change depending how the chair performs in the future, but I would recommend this chair to someone who is looking for a comfortable chair.

I am confused how the metal in this completely snapped?? We just bought it in March and it’s completely ruined. It wasn’t cheap either.

Needed a new chair so I could have more comforting longer sessions on my computer and this comfortable chair covers those issues. Assembly was easy, except connecting the base to the back was just a little difficult. Despite that, the final product, I am very pleased with. It feels good to sit in and the massage pillow feels way better than i thought it would.

We waited for this chair for a month. When it arrived it had a dent in the back. The back of the chair was crooked when assembled. Returning it for a refund.
