I have interstitial cystitis, so when I bought these I was looking for healthy but didn’t research too in-depth about the vitamin c content of moringa. Naturally, I was scared to take these so I shelved them...until a week ago, when I was given the diagnosis of anemia. Fun. I’ve been researching many supplements and have found that so many of them are so bad for you, and the absorption of many of them is pretty awful.Then I remembered I had bought moringa a while back, and that it contains about 4 mg of iron per 100 mgs...and I stuffed down my fears of pain from the vitamin c content and have been taking 1 a day for about a week now (500 mg). No pain, and I’m starting to feel a little better. Good enough that I want to bump it up to two a day (one with lunch, one with dinner) and see how it affects my chronic pain (I’ve read it helps some people with their’s).Not to mention, the seller included some tea and a whole information sheet, they are a true small business who actually seems to care about their product and their client, so definitely recommend and will be purchasing more when the time comes!

I bought this because of my sister, who has been in chronic pain for years. She went to work in pain every day. After taking this product she now cleans her house plays with the kids and I heard her laugh the other day. If this plant can do that I’m totally in. I have to say I’ve been on it for 10 days now and I’m feeling pretty good. And my chronic back pain is 50% less. I’ll keep you posted on my progress.

I have been taking these moringa capsules for almost a week now, and can already tell that it's working. I feel more upbeat and energetic. I have a bulging disc in my lower back that has been causing me nerve pain, but the last couple of days it has been more tolerable. Maybe the moringa is helping my back?I was taking another brand of moringa that I ordered from Amazon, but could not tell if it was working. After a couple of months, I researched the other brands before deciding to try Paisley Farm's. The powder is dark green and fresh. The other ones I was taking was a lighter green and more fine. I'm very pleased with this company and will continue to buy from them. I was pleasantly surprised when they sent me a small packet of morninga seeds and pods to plant at home! I read about Moringa before trying it, hoping to reduce my inflammation level. But, within the first week, I noticed that it was making it hard to fall and stay asleep, and I had to take two Holy Basil capsules to try to avoid waking up in the middle of the night, instead of just one. The second week, I found I was waking up an hour or even 2 hours earlier than I wanted to, and feeling anxious. Also, I gained 3 lbs., which, for me, is a sign of INCREASED inflammation. So, I stopped taking it, my sleep went back to normal, and 2 lbs. vanished overnight. I don't know if this product is the real thing or I just reacted oddly to it, but I'm not taking the rest.

I am so pleased with this product. Yes I can grow the tree myself and get the leaves. I live in the Caribbean. But it's not possible right now.. so guess what. I am so happy that I can still get quality pure moringa powder at reasonable prices.Let me tell you something. I am anaemic and treating with fibroids that are reducing thank God. However, I have to take a large amount of iron every day which I had stopped doing this month due to the fact that my ankles were mysteriously swelling. I think my kidneys were starting to complain. I was taking Trihemic religiously to avoid passing out again during my period.Anyway this month I was getting my usual lethargic spells, heart racing and had an enormous headache when my order came just in time for me to rip open the bag and chug three down without hesitation.Within minutes my headache was gone! My energy returned slowly and I could walk without feeling like I did a 100 metre dash again. This is good moringa. My neighbour asked me for some and I started counting them one by one and he shouted at me to just pour some out and give them to him. Hell no! He got one week's supply. He can buy his own. I wish someone told me Moringa was a NATURAL LAXATIVE before I started taking the full recommended dose right off the bat...almost messed my pants(or more specifically, spanx) at a wedding! I bought these to boost my milk supply since I had to pump around the clock for my newborn but they didn't really boost anything except my colon 😏 GUYS. I LITERALLY almost pooped myself. Like left the dinner at the wedding to go to the bathroom-twice. Then left the wedding itself and didn't make it to the car before I had to go again. And almost didn't make it home!The company itself seems great so I'll leave 4 stars. It's probably my fault that I didn't start slow...I loved all the info included in my package but you missed some vital info in there! Maybe start including a warning for the dummies like me LOL
